Hotel Palmenbad - Kassel

Then there's the cockroach incident-twice! Horrendous. I almost had a heart attack, I expected a room upgrade after this nightmare but all I got was more disappointment. Don't even get me started on the wifi, slow as molasses!

Location near to restaurants and transportation, and the tram. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the double room, plus central heating, a flat-screen television, and a writing desk.

Perfect and magnificent location, a few steps away from everywhere. Also, on top of super market area. A nice size and well-appointed units with coffee machine as well as an incredible view, outstandingly accommodating employees. A huge variety of amazing food...

Heating was inconsistent, making rooms chilly at times.

I enjoyed this small hotel and stayed for 1 night here. The room was good value for money and a nice size, there were a mini bar, central heating, and flat-screen television. Nice location, freeway was near the property. I found nice Culver's by accident, it was at a medium distance from the hotel: )

I loved the cozy ambiance of the hotel! The breakfast was definitely a highlight, with fresh fruits and made-to-order omelets that was just like a personal touch. I also appreciated the unique room design.

Yo, the breakfast here was a real standout. Fresh eggs cooked to order and a selection of fruits, just hit the spot! We loved the cozy vibe of our double room, too-was like a little getaway. But the heating? Fluctuated a bit, left us a little chilly. Would've liked it a touch warmer.

In my wife's opinion, better stair access is needed.

There were minor inconsistencies with the heating in the room, leaving it a bit chilly at times, and a smell in the bathroom that detracted from the overall experience.

Stairs were a bit much.

This place is nice, and has great amenities like wifi, luggage storage, a tv, and express check-in. I remember my first stay when the staff offered me a hot drink to warm up. They care about guests. I highly recommend it for a cozy stay, and I'm coming back for Easter!
